Delivery time :
When you place an order on our store, it is shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams.

It is important to note that shipping refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses to the carrier, not the final delivery. The latter can take between 7 and 14 business days.

If you are outside Europe, please allow a few extra days for your item to arrive.

Although 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery may take between 3 and 5 weeks in the event of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages due to the popularity of certain products, weather conditions, etc.).

Important Details:
When you place an order containing different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers are involved. Furthermore, to avoid high shipping costs due to weight, different items in the same order may be sent separately.

It is therefore quite normal that you receive your items individually and at different times.
